We have our own customs bond

We hold our own customs bond with the Ministry of Finance, allowing us to offer the following services:

• International consolidated freight transport.

• Customs brokerage services with bonded status at the customs offices of Limón, Caldera, Peñas Blancas, Santamaría, and Central, for the following modalities: import, reimport, export, reexport, free trade zone, and issuance of all types of transit documents.

On-site customs offices

We have offices at the busiest customs locations in the country: Limón, Santamaría, Caldera, Central, and Peñas Blancas.

Permit processing with the Ministerio de Salud

We handle the processing of permits with the Ministerio de salud (technical notes) through platforms such as VUCE 2.0 and the Single Window system.

Product registration

We manage product registration procedures with the Ministry of Health.

Strategic alliances

We maintain strategic alliances with bonded warehouses in Puerto Limón and Puerto Caldera for physical inspections of goods when required.

Door-to-door transport

We provide transport services for the delivery of goods directly to the client's warehouse.
